We were out exploring Asheville horse farm lands with clients last week. This is the fifth tour for us. But each time we get a little closer to finding the "perfect" property. It's not easy when you love horses as much as our clients, do. I keep telling them HORSES LOVE GREEN ASHEVILLE, but they are used to the "flatlands" of FLorida . Possibly they worry that horses will be terrified of the terrain. I took a picture of that "terrain" last week. So it is not surprising that my intuition, based on down-to-Earth observations, tells me that there is a significant public interest and shift (at least in the Asheville area) toward environmentally-sensitive residential properties like the one I photographed seen here just recently. Could there be more evidence than this, for example, (see photo) a new urban, green-builthome in an eco-friendly neighborhood with neighborhood gardens (organic) and congenial members of the community? :
