Systems theorists construct models of complex real-world systems. And I am a real estate professional in the real world. But, systems theorists are mathematical. You and I might lean toward more pedestrian analogies and metaphors to help to explain the basic structure of optimal methodsfor getting from point "A" to point "B". The object of getting to a certain spot, of course, either is to maintain stability or to drive toward a desired goal. ... such as a happy eco-friendly Closing Event... I like the that goal. But I want to know more about these "optimal methods"... Possibly a closer look into this … (8 comments)

As I read your BLOGS, it occurs to me that many of you chose to practice real estate because you can use a former career experience and background like me. , I'm a REALTOR ® -business person-educator-author-poet-eco-savvy person-web fancier and etc, . . .I do use this far-ranging mix in my real estate practice every day. There are probably a number of us here at Active Rain who are putting various backgrounds to good use. By profession,this "green-eyed cat" is a business person, educator, author, poet....and amateur systems theorist. Systems theorists construct models of complex real-world systems. This can be pretty mathematical, but you and I can use more pedestrian analogies and metaphors to help to explain the basic structure of optimal methods of regulating a behavior, either to maintain stability or to drive toward a desired goal state. ... such as a happy eco-frienldy Closing Event... …."optimal methods". .......
