This time of year is always a good one for those who are sitting on the fence thinking about making a vacation home, retirement home or income property in Gatlinburg or the surrounding areas. While some of the reasons are obvious (like incredibly low interest rates) others you may not think of... like this is the end of the rental season, and owners are looking at lower income for the next few months.
