Engineer reports from Long Island, NY - 03/04/08 12:15 PM
Well guys, I want everyone to hold their breath.  My listing just sold for the second time and we are doing an engineer report.  I hope it goes through.  Its really a good house, but since the market is the way it is, people are being very picky and just the idea of an offer makes me very very happy.  I sound like I'm new to the business, but 23 years later here I am. 
If I could find a part-time job for during the week, I would take it.  Even thats hard to do.  I live and breath real estate.  … (2 comments)

This is my very first blog.  Hello everyone.  I want to change my picture and I don't know how.  I am still at work.  I just got an outstanding listing in Port Jefferson Station $389,990 6 Bedroom Farm Ranch with In Ground Pool 20 x 40, 1/2 acre basement, 3 full baths.  What a great house.  Parklike grounds and a fish pond.  I am so tired.  The market has been so bad and the newspapers don't help.  I had an open house this past weekend and had 3 couples.  Not bad.  I have been in this business for 23 years and … (3 comments)
