Well guys, I want everyone to hold their breath. My listing just sold for the second time and we are doing an engineer report. I hope it goes through. Its really a good house, but since the market is the way it is, people are being very picky and just the idea of an offer makes me very very happy. I sound like I'm new to the business, but 23 years later here I am. ;)
