It's absolutely normal to want to purchase a home at the lowest possible price. 
The challenge is. that it can be very hard to predict what real estate markets will do and where the bottom actually is, ~ as we only know where the bottom was when it is on the way back up!

Temecula Valley Unified School District, does not have a standard school supply item's list that is required.  Each parent and or student should check with their teacher to find if there are any special requirements for school supplies.
Some stores are distributing "School Supply Lists", to customers and these lists ARE NOT endorsed by Temecula Valley Unified School District, they are only "examples", of what your child's school or teacher may require, but again check with your child's teacher, before purchasing items from any lists that are distributed in stores.

Buyers who get overly concerned with price per square foot can become very confused. Using only price per square foot for comparing properties gives buyers an unrealistic look at the real estate market in general. It's much better to use recent sold comparable homes, compared to the one you are thinking of buying,  that are in similar condition, the same area and have the same number of bedrooms! Some builders already have standing inventory from homes that they thought they would sell over the summer and heading into fall standing inventory is not good for builders!

Here's another option for my clients wanting to re-locate here to Temecula, but want to "Settle In", before finding, "Just The Right Home".  I would recommend Cape May at Harveston.  The rates are reasonable and the terms are flexible.  Cape May has 3 month leases available and they even accept pets.

While watching the Sunday morning news I saw this author, Stuart Brown and Christopher Vaughan, speaking about his book "Play". 
Browne warned against people taking life too seriously and making time for play.  And went on to say that relieving the mind of work, stress, will actually make more room for better ideas and ways to approach the work day.
I think instinctively we all know this but how many of us really make enough time for "Play". 
I plan on buying this book and reading it, I love psych books and the more positive like this one the better!

Temecula bank owned homes are staying level statistically in the number of Temecula bank owned homes sold and the median price of a Temecula bank owned home.  The chart below shows the number of active status Temecula bank owned homes from January through August.  There are currently 61 Temecula Bank Owned Homes and the median price for a Temecula bank owned home is $254,450.  This is up slightly from July and significantly up from June when the median price for a Temecula bank owned home was only $232,199.

Barley and Hops in Temecula is a great place to celebrate a 21st birthday, or any occasion really, and no I did not just turn 21 but my son did and he said he had a great time and that Barley and Hops had great atmosphere, and was an overall great place.
Barley and Hops has an "Old World", tavern type of atmosphere and over 250 types of beer available.  They also have 5 flat-screen T.V.'s and fast and a great selectin of food also.

Right Now, New Homes Riverside County will have standing inventory that they will be willing to make deals on.  I regularly visit the sales offices to find out what's going in the community. 
Calling on the sales offices in person is the only way to really find out what's going on and what deals can be made as far as what incentives the builder will be willing to throw into the deal.

Temecula has a leash law, meaning that dogs must be "on leash", when out and about with their owners. 
I take Max for a walk almost everyday, we actually run up to 3 miles and have encountered many "off leash", dogs, which usually causes problems.  When other dogs run up to us Max has natural instincts to protect me, and he can become agressive.
Some dog walkers think that most dogs are friendly and will even call out, "my dog is friendly", to which I reply, "mine is not, he is protective of me, so kindly stay away".

Temecula Hospital, Temecula Regional Hospital - 08/06/11 12:51 PM

Last February, the Temecula City Council, approved Universal Health Services request to build a first phase for Temecula Regional Hospital.
  However, the Temecula City Council stipulated that if the hospital developer fails to pour building foundations for the first phase by Feb. 2012, it would revoke Universal’s permits and force it to forfeit $5 million to the city.

Real Estate Investments or Stock Investments - 08/06/11 12:33 AM

Standard and Poor's, lowered the U.S. credit rating late this afternoon. Our AAA rating has gone down to AA+.
Moody's and Fitch for now have kept the AAA credit rating that the U.S. has had since 1917.   The three credit reporting agencies, have reported for months that instabilities due to the debt incurred by the U.S. could change the rating.
Just Google the topic and there will be articles dating back months that say the U.S. credit rating could tumble.
