Mortgage Insider Tells Consumers To Check Their Appraisal Comps On Zillow! - 10/16/11 11:55 PM
First of all the Mortgage Insider lists in their "fine print", disclosure that they are only a "Lead Generation", tool. The MortgageInsider.net is not a lender, Broker or Originator of Home Loans, but gets compensation soley for ad placement, and lead generation.
So Why are they giving out so much mortgage advice and information?
One of their articles says underwriters are not accepting appraisals as value if they think that the appraisal is too high.

I have visited several tire stores in Temecula during the 20 years that I have lived here and I've found that Discount Tire Center on Jefferson, in Temecula, has the best prices and also the best service.
Recently, I was pricing off-road tires for my son's truck and found that Discount Tire Center had the best price around. The tires were as much as $55.00 more at other stores.

Realtors always need good handymen, and finding good ones is always challenging. I recently found a card for a handyman in a Temecula home I was showing and decided to try Peoples Handyman, Inc.
I called Peoples Handyman, Inc., and spoke to Daniel Petrushev to make an appointment. Daniel was busy but made time to meet me. He was on time, friendly, and prepared to help me with my repair quote.

Home Sales In Temecula - 10/01/11 10:12 PM
Temecula Home Sales have stabilized after steadily dropping since the inflated prices of 2007. The lowest median home prices in Temecula were in April and May of 2009. At that time the lowest median price for home sales in Temecula was $240,000 and has since gone up a little and actually came down in February of 2011 to $255,000, and is now resting in the $270,000 range.
