Prices of "Temecula Homes" - 03/27/12 07:18 PM
The prices of  Temecula homes posted below for the last 12 months, showing the average list price of Temecula homes compared to what the Temecula home actually sold for after negotiations were through between the buyer and seller.   On average the price that Temecula homes sold for, were only slightly lower than the list price of  Temecula homes.  In other words the seller's got very close to their asking price for their Temecula home.  
 
The average list prices are in green and the average sold prices are in blue.  
Currenly, average prices for Temecual Homes are apprxomately $275,000.

Temecula Police Set Up Sobriety Checkpoints - 03/25/12 09:23 AM
An article in the Californian newspaper, on March 21, 2011 announced that Temecula Police would be conducting a sobriety checkpoint at locations in Temecula.  *The police must publicly announce that they are conducting a sobriety checkpoint and this article gave only vague locations stating one was within the Temecula city limits and the other was in an "unincorporated", part of Riverside County "near", Temecula. 
 
This is what the article in the Californian newspaper said:   "The checkpoint will be set up from 8 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday in areas that have the greatest opportunity for deterring drunken and drugged driving, … (7 comments)

California Sobriety Checkpoint Guidelines - 03/25/12 08:50 AM
  In 1987, due to the the  California roadblock court case, Ingersoll vs. Palmer, the Supreme Court of California mandated guidelines for how police should conduct sobriety checkpoints.   The outcome of the case determined that while there is a need for a system to keep drunk drivers off the road there also must be guidelines for creating as little intrusiveness as possible.  Read the entire case of Ingersoll vs. Palmer here from the Stanford school of law. Deluged With Lenders Who Want My Business - 03/20/12 06:25 PM
Lenders are calling me almost every single day for business and I wish I could tell each of them I have a buyer for them to complete a home loan for!
I ususally tell the lenders to bring me buyers and I will recripricate but they always act really surprised at the mere mention of THEM, bringing me business.  
I have had one do just that but the rest all want me to make the first move.  I know lenders are really having a hard time and I wish I could accomodate all of them but I am averaging a … (8 comments)

Temecula Gets A Dose Of Celebrity Status - 03/01/12 07:40 PM
Temecula gets a dose of celebrity status.  Tonight is the night that Gary Sinise holds a fund raiser for a Marine, Lance Corporal Juan Dominguez, who lost both his legs and on of his arms while serving in Afghanistan.  Gary Sinise and the Lutenent Dan Band are hoping to raise enough funds to build a special home for Lance Corporal Juan Doninguez that will be custom designed to meed the Corporal's needs. And according to the ticket list that I viewed earlier today, they will do really well!
