Menifee Lakes Homes, one of the most affordable and nicer areas of Southwest Riversde County. On the West side where the homes were built in approximately 1989 the HOA fees and Riverside County property taxes are lower than the newer homes on the East side.

Harveston is a newer community in Temecula with a lake in the middle of it.
Harveston also has it's own elementary school. Harveston is mostly made up of single family homes, but there is also an apartment complex in Harveston.
The biggest draw for home buyers to move to Harveston is the lake. Harveston Lake is noticeable throughout the community and as soon as one enters Harveston, the lake is visible and obviously the main focal point. And even though it was built in 2000, property taxes are showing it only has the Riverside County base tax amount of 1.1%.
No assessments are showing on record.
Total property taxes for the year will be approximately $2,800.00, which is really low for this area.
Other amenities in the Murrieta pool home are granite countertops, hard surface flooing in the traffic areas.

Hello, is this Mrs. Rainmaker? I actually had a lady call me on Friday evening and ask me if I was Mrs. Rainmaker! (I was driving back from Orange County, with my husband and took the call at around 8:00 p.m). I said with a chuckle, "Yes it is"! After talking a bit she finally said, "What is your first name again?"
I said, "If you look right under the "RainMaker", label you'll see it, it's "Jane". This lady went on to say that she told her husband that Rainmaker was such an unusual name, and that I must be Indian!!! … (86 comments)
