From the minute you step into Loma Linda Hospital in Murrieta, Caliornia, you feel like you are in a special place....(More on Loma Linda and more pictures in my next seires of posts), just look at this plate that I served up by myself while I was waiting for my husband to get out of surgery!

Healthy, vegetarian and anything but hospital food!  I was mesmerized by the freshness, quality and display of the food as it was almost 1:00 p.m. and I had nothing to eat all day.  The food is sold by weight so you can serve it up … (5 comments)
