Temecula Home Sales have stabalized over the last 12 months.
When headlines read...."Housing Prices Drop"! It doesn't mean much in the Temecula real estate market. Here's the results for the last 12 months:
January of 2011 had a median sold price for Temecula home sales of $280,000 and in January, 2012 the medina sold price for a Temecula home was $269,000. However, December of 2011 had a median sold price of $289,000 for Temecula Home Sales.
Temecula median home prices have only flectuated a little bit here and there.

My prior post about Temecula Home Sales Statistics covered the last 24 months of home sales in Temecula, California. In this post I wanted to show the last 48 months to show when the first really big dip in Temecula Home Sales prices began.
This graph shows in blue the median sales price for Temecula Homes from June 2007 to present day, The green area shows the number of Temecula Homes sold for the last four years.
Looking at these figures there have been small ups and downs but Temecula Home Prices have actually been stable for the last 24 months.

This is the biggest mistake that a home owner can make....Do It Yourself Paining...If you don't know how to do it then don't try. Hire a professional. This is a picture of a master bedroom that was obviously painted by an armature:
In this MLS photo it does not look that bad, in fact the listing agent stated that, "Custom Interior Paint", was one of the good features of this home.However, when entering the room one can see visually that the edges are all sloppily done.
