I had the beans, I had the rice and tortillas but no meat to go with the burritos I was going to make for my boys and husband.
Then I remembered I could purchase a full mesquite grilled tri-tip roast for $26.00 at Dukes Mesquite Grill.
I could take it home and slice it into burrito ready pieces!
I think it weighed almost 3 pounds and they really liked it!

What auntie did not understand that in California, buyers don't pay a commission, the seller pay the commission to the buyer's agent in typical residential real estate transactions.
Another thing that Auntie didn't understand is that she paid about $10,000 too much for the condo she purchased!
This is a true story and as I listened to the short but sharp rant about how Auntie, was so proud of herself for finding this for sale by owner condominium, that she went straight to escrow without finding out exactly what other units in the area had recently sold for.
