I have a ready, willing, able, excited, QUALIFIED buyer who has not been able to find what she wants.  Admittedly she has only been looking a few weeks, but she already made an offer on the first one she saw and it didn't work out through no fault of her own. I received a call today, as I often do, for the Park Wilshire. My name comes up when someone Googles several buildings on the Wilshire Corridor.
The person asked me if I was the leasing office. The Park Wilshire is a condominium building so there is no leasing office. When I asked why she was calling she said she was inquiring about the 1 bedroom lease for $1,200.
There are no 1 bedroom leases and if there were they certainly wouldn't be $1,200 they would be more like $3,000. She thought there was something strange.
