brentwood market report: Brentwood Area of Los Angeles Home Sales Report - February 2010 - 03/09/10 11:22 PM



Brentwood homes sales statistics are taken directly from the MLS and are for single family homes.  They do not take into consideration condos, income property, or private sales. There were 15 homes sold in February, one more than in January, and 7 more than in February '09.
The highest priced home sold was $2,905,000 and the least expensive $900,000.
The median sales price was $1,650,000, down from $1,826,250 in January and $3,550,000 in February '09.
The average sales price received vs the average list price was 95.1%, up from 90.1% in January and 93.1% in February '09.

Brentwood is one of the upscale neighborhoods in Los Angeles.  It is a mix of some of the most expensive homes in the Los Angeles area down to apartment living.
The statistics below are taken directly from the MLS and are for single family homes.  They also don't take into consideration condos, income property and private sales.
There were 24 sales in the month of December. The most expensive home sold was $5,600,000 in the hills and the least expensive was $865,000 in the flats. There were only 9 sales in December '08.
