Highland Park, Los Angeles is an up-and-coming neighborhood close to Pasadena, Mt. Washington and Montecito Heights. Highland Park is fast becoming the new Echo Park which in turn is the new Silver Lake. As one community becomes gentrified, the next takes over, and now it’s the turn of Highland Park.
