Message from my Short Sale Negotiator (sent via Activerain) Are you a SCAM? - 08/31/10 02:50 PM
On a gorgeous Saturday afternoon I retrieved an email on my BlackBerry.  Subject:   Smith Short Sale (Sent via Activerain).   After the elation I felt that my loan package was finally getting some attention, it hit me.  A BANK is contacting me on Saturday??  They're notifying me through Activerain??  The request was for bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, etc. -- the entire package which had already been sent TWICE. 
"Send it right away.  Please let me know how the bpo agents will gain access."  I emailed back with a couple of questions of my own that went unanswered.  HA!  Tried to … (3 comments)
