Getting the House Ready to Sell
Some people want to start with the exterior of the house when getting it ready to sell but unless you have a major project that needs attention, leave it for last and start with the inside. Don't get me wrong - CURB APPEAL is very important - if your house doesn't look neat, clean and well maintained it doesn't matter what the inside looks like - they'll never see it because the buyer can't get past the ugly outside.
