Just who is Connie Lovett you ask?
She’s a newer agent who, in her own words “made a terrific end of 2011 decision to affiliate with Molisse Realty Group!”
The Molisse office located at 636 Middle St in Weymouth will be home base for Lovett, but she also appreciates the fact that she has access to any Molisse office across the South Shore.

Molisse Realty Group Holds Annual Christmas Gala
On Saturday evening December 10th, the agents, staff, and family of Molisse Realty Group joined together for their 3rd annual Christmas Gala!
The function was held this year at the South Shore Country Club in Hingham. The room was beautifully decorated with a Holiday theme in a gorgeous room overlooking the Clubs golf course.
The event is thrown yearly by Owner/Broker Brian Molisse as an end of year thank you to everyone at the company, this year larger than ever with Molisse having acquired two additional offices over the last 6 months.
In his own words " I can't thank you all enough for such an amazing night. To have all of you there meant the world to me"!
The evening began with a prayer led by Tyler Molisse and included passed appetizers, dinner, dancing, and many gift raffles. With more than 70 in attendance, the night was a huge success!

Carl Bersani is a recent addition to Molisse Realty Group but comes with a lengthy background filled with experience. Many years in automotive sales led Carl to investigate the real estate market and home sales, which has turned out to be a great move!
A Weymouth native, Carl is very familiar with the town he grew up in as well as the many surrounding communities of the South Shore.

Brian Molisse Leads Designated Realtor® Roundtable Sessions at Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors®
The following is a summary of a recent article the appeard in the PASS November 2011 newsletter:
Brian Molisse, Broker/Owner and DR of Molisse Realty Group was asked by PASS President Marcia Solberg to head up Designated Realtor Roundtable Sessions at PASS. A Designated REALTOR® (DR) is a Broker/Owner or Manager of a REALTOR® office who is responsible for personnel and business transactions within a firm. The purpose of the roundtable sessions are for the DRs of each officeto get together and network, share ideas, and discuss industry topics of interest.
The most recent Roundtable was held on September 22ndand consisted of a Procuring Cause Mock Arbitration Hearing. Listening to both sides of the argument resulted in conflicting conclusions for the group. The final outcome was determined by MAR Associate Legal Counsel Michael McDonough, who afterward discussed the case and the many factors involved in reaching his decision. The DRs are then able to share the lesson learned with their respective offices.
The next DR Roundtable will be held on November 22nd, topic is still pending.
