florida keys real estate: Florida Keys Luxury!! - 06/05/08 11:54 AM

We haven't had any new photos of this great home being constructed in Venetian Shores, Islamorada. The workers have been hard at work installing the paved driveway, the gorgeous granite counter tops, and the many different styles of Italian Tile. The dock is very close to completion as well as the swimming pool. Also the front yard is showing first signs of the tropical landscaping. She's starting to look like the house we have been envisioning. For more photos please visit my website.

For your information, the Florida Keys, properties are holding their prices and being sold.
We have started to see the curve turn upward and the deals are becoming fewer
and fewer. The sellers who took lower offers are fewer and far between now.
What we are seeing is very little "wiggle room" on the listing prices. The best news is
the Buyers are really coming in now and paying the asking prices! I had a deal, just
the other day, fall through because the asking price was 1,800,000, my customer, the buyer
offered 1,600,000 cash and the seller would not take it! So off … (0 comments)

I REMEMBER WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL AND WENT TO THE NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR. PEOPLE
WOULD ASK WHERE ARE THE FLORIDA KEYS? WELL THESE DAYS I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYONE
WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT AND WHERE WE ARE.
IN ADDITION TO BEING THE "SPORTFISHING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD" WE HAVE SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL
LIVING CORAL REEFS IN THE WORLD.
TO GET HERE FLY INTO MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AND HEAD SOUTH. I PREFER TO DRIVE THE CHAIN
OF KEYS, GIVING ONE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL SITES AND STOP WHENEVER
YOU WANT.
