Wow! We finally can see the ground....We have had snow on the ground every single day since it started snowing heavily on December 18th, 2009. I am happy to be able to see some grass, but, not complaining because I am lucky to live in such a beautiful area where the views and scenery are just amazing.  The snow capped mountains, the mountain homes, the great restaurants where you can go eat a great meal or just sip a tasty hot chocolate, are all things that make it part of what it is.

Mainly, though, the SKI RESORTS are part of the highlight for this area.  We have several to choose from and they are all so much fun. With the weather we have already had this year, there coudn't be a more perfect time to come visit or consider buying something in this area at some reduced rates.  Just as in any city, there are homes that people need to sell and are dealing on them right now.  if you have ever considered having a vacation home in the mountains, now is the perfect time to start looking.

Start by coming up for some skiing fun and maybe renting a house and you will see why having something in the area would be such a great getaway from the hustle and bustle and stress of the big city.
