Phoenix is a Great Place to Buy a Home ___
The housing market has rebounded tremendously in the Phoenix area. Phoenix was one of the worst hit markets in the country, until recently. They say that what goes up must come down. And down it did. From the 2005 peak of the market with almost 50% appreciation that year, Phoenix had the farthest to fall.
At the start of 2012, most everyone knew that Phoenix was about half off from the peak of the housing market in 2005. But not anymore. Recent numbers are showing that Phoenix is the fastest rebounding market.
And the number of foreclosures has dwindled. Phoenix has the biggest “year over year” decline in foreclosure filings.
With great prices, great rates, things are really starting to pick up!
