home buyers: Be THE Source of Housing Information - 04/14/23 04:06 PM
In this information packed world, it's very easy to find answers online.  Just ask Siri, Google a search, or visit Ask.com to name a few places anyone can go for answers.  So when a home buyer or seller needs answers, be THAT agent that provides a detailed description of the process before the have to look for answers.

This is exactly why realtors need to be focused on their clients wants and needs to anticipate questions based on information gleaned in an interview.   Show you care by spending the time with them long before you are selecting homes to view or listing … (20 comments)

home buyers: Achieving Best Outcomes During a Home Purchase - 02/26/18 09:11 AM
Buying a home produces anxiety from the get-go for a lot of homeowners.   It's relatively easy to get caught up in the drama of buying a home since we accumulate "stuff" during our lives and all of it has to be moved, to one place or another.

home buyers: Mistakes Buyers Make When Buying a Home - 06/25/17 04:34 PM
Mistakes Buyers Make When Buying  a Home -

driving so they can see how close the home … (7 comments)
