The Scottsdale Green Building Lecture Series first event of the season is October 5, 2017.  The Scottsdale Green Building Lecture Series is a series of lectures free to the public and sponsored by the City of Scottsdale, Arizona. The events are held at the Granite Reef Senior Center, 1700 N. Granite Reef, Scottsdale Center, 85257.

home improvement: Mysterious Water Leak? - 11/28/16 08:32 PM
Recently, I had the good fortune of working with a repeat home buyer purchasing a rental home here in Scottsdale.  He was looking for a basic three bedroom, two bathroom home that would make a good rental.  It didn't take us long before we found a great single level home in a good area of mid-Scottsdale. 
 
The home buyer readied the home as a rental with the repairs being handled by the appropriate contractors.  One such contractor happened upon what he thought was a water leak.   Sprinkler valves were replaced, but still the mysterious water leak persisted even after the plumber … (12 comments)

Fall is right around the corner and so is the Scottsdale Green Building Lecture Series!  Having had the privilege of being invited to speak, I can attest to the excellent facility, great content and professional venue.  
These events are free and open to the public and held at the Granite Reef Senior Center, a very nice facility.  The events start at 7 pm and end at 8:30 for the following dates:
