I had a closing last week where the Seller did not receive their check at the closing table. It was very late in the afternoon and the transaction was not going to fund until the next morning. We closed at Realty Title which is the title company that is affiliated with Crye-Leike. My client was concerned and called me later to verify that the title company was reputable.
