This is my first attempt at publishing my listing video using Animoto. I love the way it turned out being my first time and all.
This is a great program, add text and music to make an outstanding show for your clients and your listing.
Once put together you can upload to youtube, facebook, myspace as well as share it with clients, friends and potential buyers with just a click of a button.
It has quickly become one of my favorite programs.

I recently had the displeasure of working with another agent in a neighboring town not far from here. The agent was also the owner and seller of the house for which my client fell in love with! It WAS the only property she looked at after spending an enormous amount of time on the internet weeding out houses she did not want to look at.
I showed up at the house for the showing along with my client and she loved it more after looking at it in person, it was more than she expected from the pictures on the internet. … (3 comments)

It's official......President Obama signs first time home buyers extension - 11/07/09 06:23 PM
In order to stimulate the housing market, the president has signed off on the extension of the first time home buyers tax credit, as well as open it up to others as well.
This will extend the tax credit to first time home buyers from November 30,2009 to April 30, 2010. The tax credit is 10% of the purchase price up to $8000.00 It is also opened up to current home-owners, who have resided in their primary residence for 5 consecutive years out of the last 8 years.
