It was a bit of a shock yesterday when I heard that the Tavern on the Green are to close their doors forever. Serving their last meal on New Years Eve. Once one of America's top grossing restaurant and big hot spots in New York.
 

The famous restrurant that once served more than 700,000 meals in a year, is now  preparing for it's last gala event on New Year's Eve.
This restaurant brought in excess of $38,000,000 in any given year and is now in debt $8,000,000 and will have a sale off of big ticket decor item in … (9 comments)
