The Tenant from H E Double Hockey Sticks! I have a house listed in a neighboring town that has had 3 offers on it since listing. First two fell through in financing. During the second offer, the tenants that were in it moved out just a couple of days prior to closing. Financing fell through, no new owner, no tenant, frustrated seller.
House goes back active in MLS. Seller finds new tenant whom he makes very clear to that it is a month to month lease because it is still very active on the market, but gives him a SWEET deal … (4 comments)
