A client called me last week wanting to sell his business and property. 2 years ago he purchased a home in my area as an investment. He doesn't live here - yet. His plan now is to move her with his wife who is expecting their first child. He called asking me to list his business and the building it's in that he owns. The problem is that he lives in Masset, BC - a beautiful, rugged and breathtaking remote community in the Queen Charlotte Islands of the Pacific Northwest of BC.
