West Allen has become such a sought after area to live in because of the highly acclaimed schools, quaint neighborhoods, and plethora of shopping choices. With growing demand and a finite supply, home prices in West Allen have been steadily climbing. It is nearly impossible to find a brand new home under $300K in the 75013 zip code. An affordable alternative lies just north of 121 in a subdivision called Village Park.
