Monday Morning Real Estate Update

Good Monday Morning!

What a great game yesterday. I hope your Super Bowl Sunday festivities were quite enjoyable.

Sometimes the most unpredictable things happen: Last week brought the Indy area the most snowfall in 13 years and our Pending Home Index shot up by nearly 16%. In Hamilton County, 75 homes went under contract last week while Marion County saw 199. These are the big jumps from the past few weeks. Homes are starting to sell and interest rates are still low. If there is anything we can do to help, let us know.
