Today was the mandatory orientation class for new Realtors, starting at 9 and ending at 4. I was ready for a long and boring day learning even more about license law, agency and tons of dry info about the code of ethics. I didn't expect anything incredibly productive to happen today... but it did!
During the first break I turn my phone on and I have a message from Pam Pugmire in Idaho with Bridgetower Real Estate. She said she has a lead for a buyer in Fort Wayne and wondered if I would be interested. OF COURSE! THANKS PAM!!!!

He had a close friend of his that lived in the Cleveland area that needed to sell her house and asked me if I had any contacts there, preferably a RE/Max agent. I thought for a second... What a great experience we had at Fox Island here in Fort Wayne! - 03/18/09 11:56 AM
The average temperature for the month of March here in Fort Wayne, IN is around 45-50 degrees. When my wife and I heard the news that it was going to be in the low 70's and sunny we decided it was time to take a day off and enjoy the weather! After some lounging in the morning we decided to go to Fox Island for a hike.

Even though it's only 23 degrees and windy today it is sunny and I thought I was going to have a GREAT open house today! I pulled in the drive and noticed a yellow pit bull next door. No big deal, I watch the Dog Whisperer! I get out of the car and don't even acknowledge the dog until...
