I recently wrote a blog post about a list of things I have learned about real estate in my first four months. You can read that HERE. Well, it seems that I learn something new almost every day so I decided to put together another list. Here we go!
I HAVE ALSO LEARNED...
that having a listing an HOUR away can be time consuming. The home belongs to a relative. If it wasn't for that fact I would have referred it to somebody over there but I really want to help them out and will be selling the home SOON!!

I have been a REALTOR for 4 months now and am having the time of my life. I have experienced many ups and downs, some wins and some losses, some cloudy days and some days warm and breezy, some frustration and some elation... but I can say one thing... every day is different and full of possibilities.

Spring is in the air here in Fort Wayne Indiana!!! The temperature gauge on my truck yesterday read 90 degrees! I know that may have been a little high but it was at least 85 and is supposed to be that today too! I am splitting open houses duties with my wife Amanda on a great house in New Haven from 3-6 so that leaves me plenty of time to enjoy the sun again!!!
