Amanda and I went to a listing appointment last week. The owners were a very sweet couple and were eager to meet with us. They gave us the grand tour and we sat down in the living room to chat.
We discussed our internet based marketing plan that included the listing being syncronized on over 20 + websites, eproperty sites, Facebook fan pages for the listing, High Definition Video tours, and a handful of other things.

I had a meeting the other day with a fellow agent. We were discussing which side of the business we liked better, working with buyers or sellers.
She said "I prefer working with sellers, it's SO MUCH EASIER. There is hardly any work to it!!"
