I wrote a blog called Some Things To Consider When Buying A Home In Fort Wayne, so I thought I would write one for the sellers. You can find the other blog here.
Price: This is a tough one. If you want your home to sell in today's real estate market, it needs to be priced right.
I wish I could sell your $150,000 home for $200,000 just as bad as you do... but it ain't happenin. This isn't 2005 anymore.
A lot of sellers we have met think their home is worth more than it is. … (3 comments)
