Alpharetta - The high appreciation, parks, schools and shopping make this the most sought after location outside of the city. Alpharetta is one of the strongest markets in Georgia. There's something for everyone. There are currently 1612 homes for sale in Alpharetta with an average price of $688K. With Four bedrooms and four and one half baths, these homes are often larger than their Atlanta counterparts.
There are 192 homes under contract in Alpharetta. In addition, 150 homes were sold last month in 77 days. Alpharetta is still strong and only giving up around 2%. So, Sellers in Alpharetta are getting close to 98% of their asking price. That asking price is on average around $486K.
