As I'm putting together numbers for my relaunch of my newsletter and market reports I became quickly aware of the upcoming trends.
The market in Atlanta has always been a buyer's market, it's just more of one now than before (in the past 10 years). This is inclusive to all metro Atlanta counties, such as Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb, Clayton, Henry and more. However, as the economy swings back around for the better so will home sales. I've noticed an increased rush late this summer as have many other agents.

I recently had a potential client e-mail me and tell me her home was on the market. She was very proud to have her home "listed" and was wondering if I could assist her with finding a buyer and a home. Usually, I play along with these e-mails. If the potential client is with a discount broker (no offense to those who discount) then 9 times out of 10 I will end up with the client because the home fails to sell. I just got my copy of Melissa Data's Market Advisor and inside I found a great little tidbit on Keyword selection. As usual, I got something entirely different out of the article than what I think was intended, or maybe not.
Inside they precede to give you 5 tips on selecting keywords. I found two especially useful and then was reminded of what a friend of mine does with his adwords account.
