River Club Short Sale Closes Without Deficiency!
The Jarvis Team just closed one of our short sales in the River Club in Suwanee (This is the most expensive and luxurious neighborhood in Gwinnett County by far).  This short sale was a Suntrust mortgage and although it took a few months and we went through 2 buyers, this  River Club short sale was closed and the owner didn't have a deficiency.  Meaning they didn't have to pay Suntrust back anything.  The debt was, of course, forgiven.

Suwanee Short Sale Approved In The River Club
If you're shopping for River Club homes in Suwanee Real Estate then you owe it to yourself to take a look at this home located at 902 Little Lost Landing.  This home was approved for a short sale price of $910,000 after several offers.  Unfortunately, we're at the end and need to sell this home for what amount almost EXACTLY %50 of what was purchased for.  This of course excludes the upgrades the owner has put into the home.
