This man went from a 4000 square foot home where he lived with his family to an 89 square foot, self constructed home. Yes, you read correctly, 89 SQAURE FEET! So how is it possible to live and be happy in 89 sqft? Seems to me you have to simplify and live without excess. He mentions in the video that his entire electricity bill for the year was only $100.
