Here are some basic terms & requirements:
3 Years Canadian tax returns required (T-1’s –all pages)
50% LTV (no exceptions to exceed allowed)
Rate changes weekly, but as of the week of 12/12/11 rate is 4.95% / APR %5.05
15 year term amortization with balloon payment in 7 years Second/Vacation home or Investment/Non-Owner Occupied No prepayment penalty
