I have been doing some research on online marketing techniques.  The ideas and information out there is endless...could take years to read all this!  However I found something interesting using AIDA...the 4 standard steps of direct marketing.  These are used in reference to the structure of webpages.

The growing population of Cobb County is reason enough to believe it is great place to live and enjoy.  Cobb county appeals to all ages and interests due to the blend of the old south and contemporary charm.
What is one thing that everyone loves to do regardless where they live? EAT of course!  Who doesn't enjoy going to a restaurant with great food and great service?  According to Menusim.com these are the top 10 rated restaurants in Cobb County:

Real Bird Listings! - 07/23/08 01:06 PM
I just recently started using Real Bird (www.realbird.com).  It's a great real estate tool especially with the listing maps it creates.  It is always nice to find free marketing ideas especially when the housing market is slower these days.
