Here are a few of the new homes on the market in Palos Verdes for the week of May 2, 2012.
The new one on Addison is really nice with vaulted ceiling, very well updated kitchen and good layout. Its in lower Lunada Bay which is blocks from the ocean and high school and a great location and beautiful street.
The other homes were in Rolling Hills Estates, and there are great values in Palos Verdes right now.

I was sooo impressed with the activity, comments, and support from Active Rain. Thanks soo much for the words of positive encouragement and recognition that it takes to get to this point. With that said, here is another video that I shot today with my friend Darren Pujalet.
Darren is a good friend and a hard worker. This was his first time, no rehearse, lets see what it looks like shoot and go. Only one way to get better and thats by doing it...

I closed the biggest deal of my carreer last month by shooting video of a home and sending it to my client in China.
I received an email from a client looking for a large safe home in a good school district. I sent him 17 listings around the $3.4 million markin Palos Verdes. My client liked a home in Oceanfront, however it sold. We looked at a larger home down the street which was more expensive yet had more features the client desired. palos verdes: Whale migration off Palos Verdes - 08/31/10 12:48 PM
I have lived here over 30 years and I have never seen anything like this. The last several days there have been a Blue and Fin whale migration just a few hundred feet off the coast of Palos Verdes. The best vantage point is just south of Pt Vicente, where the whales come very close to the cliff. If you were at Terranea, a luxury hotel, you would be getting quite a show.
I saw a few last Wednesday, with the highlight being over 50 whales passing the cliff on Thursday. There were still quite a few over the weekend, and … (5 comments)

palos verdes: Incredible Sealife with Birds, Whales, Fish, and Crazy Paddlers.. Amazing - 11/19/09 03:57 PM
On November 17, 2009 off the coast of Palos Verdes in the Los Angeles Bay, there were thousands of birds gathering around a huge bait ball. The "Seagasm" was probably four football fields large, and had whales and all sorts of sealife feeding on it. There were several brave paddelboards and kayaks that made the journey a few miles offshore, and got very close to the action. I did see activity all week long, but this was the most magnificent gathering I have seen.

palos verdes: Fin Whales in Palos Verdes - 11/08/09 02:30 AM
This past week I have seen Fin Whales in the channel to Santa Catalina Island. One evening during sunset a large group was splashing and creating huge boils as they raced towards the cliffs of PV. My friends and I believe they were chasing squid.
Palos Verdes is famous for hosting Grey Whales from November to April. The Palos Verdes Interpretive Center is a great focal point and the museum is nice too.

Its hard to believe how incredibly gorgeous it is today. Its 87 degree's plus, clear with a slight breeze, and a wonderful time to work at the Beach. At 200 Pier Ave, one block from the beach in Hermosa, there are 52 office condo units for sale. With the internet capabilities and keeping a conscious effort to become "green", more business people are choosing to work from home.
