My business partner recently listed a home which overlooks the prestigious Flintrock Falls Golf Course in the Lakeway area, just west of Austin. It is the only place in Texas with back-to-back Jack Nicklaus courses (Flintrock and Hills of Lakeway). It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 5257 square feet per the local tax records. It has a heated inground pool and spa, and it was featured as a builder's "parade" home in 2001.
