Having been born and raised in Dallas, and having lived in the Austin area since 1988, I grew up not really thinking about what a great state this is and how nice it really is to live here. About five years ago, I was working with a buyer who was considering building in a prestigious golf course community in west Austin. My business partners and I had already taken a number of people to the community, as it is pretty unique. In fact, here is a photo of a home we recently sold in the same area ------------------->
