     Jimmy's Brick Oven Pizza is tucked away in a small plaza between Studebakers Restaurant and the Bartonsville Plaza where Moe's Southwest Grill is located. You blink or go to fast and you will miss it, and that would be a shame because I think he makes the best pizza in the Poconos. An authentic wood burning brick over produces a thin, crispy crust, but his sauce and fresh mozzerella all combine for the best pizza this side of New York.       The Poconos is gearing up for summer and kicked it off with the  Pocono Raceway Festival and Pocono 500 this past week, but that is just the beginning.      Ok, this is not Moe the Bartender from "The Simpsons", that gives Homer nightmares in the episode "The Flaming Moe". I want to introduce you to Moe's Southwest Grill, which recently opened it's doors in Bartonsville. I had heard of Moe's as far back as 4 years ago, when I was living in East Meadow, Long Island, but the restaurant did not take hold and folded it's doors. Moe's failure then was no fault of its' own. The food is great, and so are the prices. Everything is made in front of you by a friendly staff that will say "Welcome to Moe's!", when you come in the door. You can choose from meals with funny names like the "Fat Sam" or "Joey Bag of Donuts", which are fajitas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas and other great "tex-mex" eats. I think Moe's is fantastic, it is also "kid-friendly" and maybe you will see me there!
