According to the lastest update from the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors MLS, there are 91 homes designated "lakefront" that are for sale in the Poconos. These homes range in price from one hundred and tweinty five thousand dollars to over one and a quarter million dollars, the average price being in the four hundred to five hundred thousand dollar range.
