     I diligently worked with my client for over a year and a half to get a grand total of one offer on his home and then when I finally did, I though that this was going to go nice and smooth. I always recommend my buyers to call in an electrician to check the fitness of the electrical system and do repairs/upgrades where/when necessary. This holds true for most homes but especially older homes. Wiring and metal are subject to the elements and time and could become a fire hazard.

Short Sale Negotiations With Bank Of America/Equator Are Moving Along Nicely - 01/06/11 01:22 PM
    I recently closed with a buyer on a Bank of America short sale in less than 3 months and are moving well with my seller only one month in. This is a sharp contrast to last year when the reports were short sales taking 6 months or more and then deals falling apart at the closing table. I know that this may not be reflective of other banks and/or transactions and each situation is different, but I have to report that I am having decent experiences working on these deals recently.

     I always say the proof is in the pudding so when you have listed 4 properties since the new year, plus have mailed out 2 home buyer guides, e-mailed 2 rental home links and have a seller pending, things are getting better but there are those who sit and twittle their thumbs and wait for the phone to ring instead of making it happen. Right now it is time to get competitively priced, sellable listings and get them in the public eye. This can be a big year but it is up to YOU!
