As of this post, there are currently 730 single family homes listed as Active on the the Monmouth/Ocean County Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in Toms River Township. The lowest priced property for the area (just Toms River Township, not including South Toms River), is currently a $49,000 mobile home and the high property is a custom bay front home listed at $2,999,999. Over the last 6 months (since 8/13/2011), there have been a total of 327 single-family homes sold (this does not include condominimums).
