Via John Mulkey, Housing Guru (TheHousingGuru.com): I’m still surprised by the number of people who believe that home values will magically return to those of 5 years ago; and if you are one of those looking to recoup (0 comments)

selling a home: The best way to locate a top Realtor in another state.... - 08/19/08 12:24 AM
If you are looking for an agent in another state to help you buy a home, it is important that you try and utilize your current Realtor for a referral or networking sites such as Active Rain, to help you find a top producer in the area(s) you are looking for. As a Weichert Realtor, we have conventions and awards ceremonies all over the country that feature the best Realtors from around the country. I have a network of contacts that allow me to refer people to top producing Realtors, and not only Weichert Realtors. I have done referrals with Re-Max agents, Coldwell (0 comments)
