There is always a hangup some where along the line. For those that get hung up due to their credit score not being accepted due to insufficent information or to many negative marks, this is the biggest one they will have to face. They may have the money to put down for the property and to get the ball rolling but unless they get started in a program assisting them repairing their credit, then they may not be ready to move.
