new construction: Duvall and Carnation – Residential and Commercial Update for 4/19/09 - 04/19/09 05:13 PM
The last couple of weeks have been relatively quiet in Duvall and Carnation, so I decided to combine reports.

For both Carnation and Duvall, the Commercial market has been very quiet, at least according to the MLS systems. My understanding, though is that local property owners do have some good prospects for leasing out spaces. But, so far nothing new is taken up.... meaning there is LOTS of space available in town.
As for residential: In Duvall, there are have only been a couple of new listings (once you subtract the ones that expired and got relisted the next day). … (0 comments)
